Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number on the invoice and in the order confirmation that you received from us by email immediately after your purchase.

Where can I find the article number?

The item number can be found on the respective product pages in the online shop, as well as on the invoice next to the relevant items.

How can I cancel only part of my order?

If you wish to revoke only a part of your order and not the entire order, please specify the items you wish to return in the withdrawal form. The order number and the respective item numbers are still required for the process.

Do I need a reason for withdrawal?

You can cancel the order with us without stating any reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, we welcome any feedback we receive that can help us improve our service.

Where should I return the goods to?

After you have cancelled your order, you will receive an email from us with the return addresses for your products. Since we have many manufacturers, each product must be returned to the correct manufacturer. The correct addresses can also be found on the respective product pages.

When will the purchase amount be refunded after my cancellation?

To ensure security for our partners, we will only refund the purchase amount once the respective goods have been returned to the warehouse. In the event of a cancellation of an order that has not yet been dispatched, we can transfer the purchase amount to you immediately after your request has been processed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Germany takes 3-5 business days and to EU member states 5-9 business days.

InterSplit naturally delivers to all locations in Germany, as well as to all countries in the EU.

Payment is due immediately after clicking "Buy". The amount will be debited from your account simultaneously - depending on your payment method.

We count over 150 artisan companies among our partners, which allows us to offer such a wide selection of luxury products. All our partners are located in Germany and produce excellent Made in Germany goods. You can find the exact location and name on the respective product pages.

What should I look out for with my products?

Our exclusive luxury products require careful handling. All warnings and safety information for our electrical products can be found on the respective product pages and in the operating instructions.

Do I receive a manufacturer's confirmation for each of my products?

For each delivery, you will receive a manufacturer's confirmation, which is prepared by InterSplit itself and completed by the respective manufacturer. This guarantees that the goods are an official InterSplit product and come directly from the manufacturer.

What exactly does "Made in Germany" mean?

"Made in Germany" stands for manufacturing that takes place in Germany and generates a significant proportion of the added value here in the country. Our products meet exactly that: They are manufactured in Germany according to defined standards and thus achieve excellent quality, for which InterSplit stands.
