You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods within a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods within a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (InterSplit e.K., Hirthstraße, 13, 85540 Haar, Tel. no.: +49 179 6627292, E-mail address: widerruf@intersplit.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using a corresponding button ("Withdraw from contract" or similar designation) on our website (www.intersplit.com). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (https://intersplit.com/pages/widerrufsformular). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-ready goods as well as the direct costs of returning goods not suitable for parcel shipment. The costs for goods not suitable for parcel shipment are estimated at a maximum of approximately 800 EUR.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
