How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 days, depending on the order date and destination.
Which countries does InterSplit ship to?
InterSplit delivers to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland. The United Kingdom is excluded and all payments are made in the valid local currency.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are fully covered by InterSplit, allowing us to provide our customers with a unique shopping experience and financially support our craft businesses.
When is payment due after purchase?
Payment is due immediately after clicking "Buy". The amount will be debited from your account at the same time, depending on your payment method.

Where and by whom are the goods manufactured?
We count over 150 artisan businesses among our partners, allowing us to offer such a wide selection of luxury products. All our partners are located in Germany and produce 100% Made in Germany. You can find their exact location and name on the respective product pages.
What should I look out for with my products?
Our exclusive luxury products require careful handling. All warnings and safety information for our electrical products can be found on the respective product pages and in the operating instructions.
Do I receive a manufacturer's confirmation for each of my products?
For each delivery, you will receive a manufacturer's confirmation, which is prepared by InterSplit itself and completed by the respective manufacturer. This guarantees that the goods are an official InterSplit product and come directly from the manufacturer.
What exactly does "Made in Germany" mean?
All our products are 100% made in Germany and therefore boast excellent quality. The "Made in Germany" label generally requires a value-added share of at least 45%, which we, of course, always meet. While the materials for our luxury goods come from all over the world, the manufacturing takes place in Germany – and that is something we stand behind with our name.
