Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number on the invoice that you received from us immediately after your purchase.

Where can I find the article number?

You can find the article number on the respective product pages in the online shop, as well as on your invoice.

How can I cancel only part of my order?

If you wish to revoke only part of the order and not the entire order, you can simply specify the items you wish to return. However, the order number is still necessary for the process

Do I need a reason for withdrawal?

You can withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, if you wish, you are welcome to provide a reason so that we can improve our service in the future.

Where should I return the goods to?

After you have cancelled the goods, you can send them to the address from which you received them. As we have many manufacturers, each item must be returned to the correct manufacturer. Therefore, this address is also listed on the respective product pages.

When will the purchase amount be refunded after my cancellation?

For security reasons, we can only refund the purchase amount once the respective goods have arrived at the warehouse. If an order that has not yet been shipped is cancelled, we can transfer the purchase amount to you immediately after processing your request.
