Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number on the invoice and in the order confirmation, which you received from us by email immediately after your purchase.

Where can I find the article number?

You can find the article number on the respective product pages in the online shop, as well as on the invoice next to the respective items.

How can I cancel only part of my order?

If you wish to revoke only part of your order and not the entire order, please specify the items you wish to return in the cancellation form. The order number and the respective item numbers are still necessary for the process.

Do I need a reason for withdrawal?

You can cancel the order with us without stating any reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, we welcome any feedback we receive, which helps us to improve our service.

Where should I return the goods to?

After you have cancelled your order, we will send you an email with the return addresses for your products. As we work with many manufacturers, each item must be returned to the correct manufacturer. The correct addresses can also be found on the respective product pages.

When will the purchase amount be refunded after my cancellation?

To ensure security for our partners, we will only refund the purchase amount once the respective goods have been returned to the warehouse. If an order that has not yet been shipped is cancelled, we can transfer the purchase amount to you immediately after your request has been processed.
